I was very impressed. I called and Saturday afternoon and the job was booked for Sunday morning. Once Michael arrived Sunday morning and found out I was a small business (sole trader) he understood I had to have my PC back up and running again asap. He took my PC and said it would be back at most - next day. It was back 11hours later and when he left, up and running. The cost was very reasonable and the service was efficient and friendly.
